Deposits and Cancellation Policy
- We take a 25% deposit on all appointments to avoid late cancellations and no-shows. It is fully refundable with 24 hours’ notice.
- If you've paid in advance, we will refund 75% for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

Using Our Online Booking Tool
If this is the first time you've booked online you'll need to register your details so we can confirm your appointment. You only need to do it once and your details will be saved for future bookings. Select the service you want, choose a specific stylist if you wish, and enter your preferred date and time. You'll be shown the best availability for your chosen options. There's a space to enter comments, queries and discount codes.
WE ARE CLOSING DOWN
With a heavy heart, we have to announce that The Drawing Room is permanently closing down. Our last day will be 14 August 2021.
Over nearly eight years our salon has built an outstanding reputation. So many of you have told us that we’re the best you’ve found. Truly, it means so much to us. Thank you for your custom, for telling friends about us, and for the times and laughs we’ve shared.

DON'T LOSE YOUR STYLIST!
The salon is closing, but we understand that no one wants to lose a trusted stylist or colourist. Here’s what we’re doing to avoid this:
- We’ve agreed one more month of trading with our landlord, so you have an opportunity to visit us at least one more time. Please come if you can; we’d love to see you!
- We are very happy for our stylists to tell you where they’ll be working next, once they have found a new location.
- We will email you to let you know all stylists’ new locations once we have closed. If you don’t want to receive this information, please unsubscribe from our emails.
- We will keep our phone line active for a month after closing and will keep our email, Facebook and Instagram active for several months.
